It was time to get some updated photos of the girls before summer ended and we got busy with school and all the other activities that went with it. The girls are growing up quickly!!

We had some cousin photos taken while we had two sets together. It had been almost four years since the last group photo. They did really well for being 9, 7, 5-3/4, and 4. They really enjoy being together, just not always sitting still together.

The boys showed their true selves in their photos. It was terrific to have their self expressions captured.

An assortment of photos from Julia’s one year photos. She was great for the photos and we had a good time together. As much as I tried to get a photo of her with her teddy bear, it just didn’t work. She enjoyed playing with the balloons and smiling at Mommy.

Julia joins me every morning when we go and get Emily dressed. We keep talking about Julia joining Emily in her room for bedtime with Emily and she has started to ask about Julia at night when we go to bed. Other than the side effect of each of them waking the other one up I think they will transition in this next step really well.
